1 General Provisions

bidjl is an online gaming platform that provides various gaming services for players in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you declare that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are using the gaming services voluntarily and knowingly.
• You have read and fully understood all provisions of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your own right.

All services available on the bidjl platform — including cricket betting, slot games, baccarat, Dragon Gate, and other games — are governed by these same Terms. Additional conditions may apply to specific games or promotions, which will be stated separately on the relevant page.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at bidjl, you must provide true and accurate information. Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent closure of your account.

2.2 Age Verification

bidjl strictly follows a 21+ age policy. During the account verification process, you may be required to prove your age with a valid identity document. Providing false information about your age will result in account closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. Any suspicious activity related to your account must be reported to the bidjl support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

bidjl currently accepts deposits through the following mobile wallet methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals can be made from successfully registered and verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account verification must be complete before you can make a withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirements must be met for withdrawing bonus funds (see Section 4 for details). bidjl reserves the right to review and investigate any suspicious transactions.

3.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bidjl is not responsible for any losses arising from currency conversion.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳32,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus is subject to a 25x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before the bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games at bidjl.
• A player may claim only one bonus from a single promotion.
• If bidjl finds evidence of abuse or fraud involving bonus rules, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Promotional offers must be claimed within the specified time period.

4.4 VIP Program

The bidjl VIP program has five tiers. You can advance to higher tiers based on your regular gaming activity. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

bidjl is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. Our game software uses verified technology to ensure unbiased results. Each game has its own rules, which are described in detail on the relevant game page.

5.2 Technical Errors

Any amounts, winnings, or bonuses incorrectly calculated due to a technical error or software malfunction will not be considered valid. In such cases, bidjl reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected transactions.

5.3 Sports Betting

Betting markets for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi are available on bidjl. Betting outcomes will be settled based on official and verified information. If a result is disputed, bidjl's decision is final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bidjl platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Fraudulent collusion or coordination with other players.
• Playing games using automated software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Opening an account for a minor or playing on their behalf.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 bidjl's Rights

bidjl reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or cheating.
• Failure to verify account information.
• Irregular or suspicious gaming patterns.

7.2 Closure at User's Request

Any user may contact the support team to request closure or temporary deactivation of their account. A voluntary self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

bidjl is not liable for the following:

• Interruption to a game session due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or errors in third-party payment processing.
• Problems caused by your own device or software.
• Changes to services made under instruction from laws or regulatory authorities.
• Unexpected technical outages or maintenance downtime.

In any circumstance, bidjl's total liability shall not exceed the actual amount you deposited in that specific transaction.

If the matter is not resolved through the support team, a formal complaint process may be initiated. bidjl is committed to resolving all disputes through a fair and transparent process. bidjl's final decision is binding.

12 Changes to Terms

bidjl reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

For significant changes, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly. If you disagree with any change, please stop using the platform and request account closure from us.
